Shape patient access to innovative cancer treatments in Sweden

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that innovative oncology and hematology treatments reach patients in Sweden. You will join a high-impact assignment with a leading global pharmaceutical company, working at the forefront of market access in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Role overview

In this role, you will be responsible for pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy and execution in Sweden. You will leverage your expertise in the healthcare and payer landscape to shape access strategies that enable optimal patient access.

Acting as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, you will translate complex clinical and economic evidence into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and value communication. As the primary PRA contact toward national stakeholders, you will lead reimbursement dossiers, HTA materials, and key access initiatives aligned with Swedish national objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies in Sweden
  • Lead reimbursement submissions and three-party negotiations with payers
  • Adapt global access strategies to the Swedish market, including localization of dossiers and value materials
  • Drive dossier preparation and coordinate the full HTA process and key milestones
  • Act as the key PRA contact for assigned oncology/hematology products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities, clinical experts, and key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with Nordic and global market access, pricing, and health economics teams
  • Monitor and analyze external changes (policy, competitors, market dynamics)

Essential requirements

  • Degree in life sciences, health economics, or a related field
  • Solid experience in market access and a strong understanding of HTA and regulatory environments
  • Experience with TLV and three-party negotiations is an advantage
  • Proven experience in developing reimbursement dossiers and health economic models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal business English and Swedish skills.

Consumer Engagement Website Manager – Nordics

Our client is a global, innovation-driven organization within healthcare, dedicated to improving lives through science, insight, and a deep understanding of patient and consumer needs. With a strong focus on creating meaningful experiences, they continuously strive to deliver impactful solutions that make a real difference.

This is a 12-month consulting assignment where you will be employed by Inizio Engage and work on-site with our client, playing a key role across the Nordic markets.

As Consumer Engagement Website Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing the digital experience to ensure it is engaging, informative, relevant, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content is up to date, compliant, and aligned with both global and local strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of website content across Nordic markets (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark)
    • Lead migration from an existing AWS platform to AEM
    • Ensure all content is compliant through close collaboration with legal and regulatory teams
    • Drive continuous improvement through measurement, monitoring, and optimization in collaboration with BI&A
    • Partner with IT and global web teams to ensure seamless execution
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to localize global content and develop impactful local campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance user experiences across key audiences (e.g. HCPs, job seekers, corporate communications), ensuring alignment across Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Legal
  • Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and vendors
  • Monitor market trends and the external environment to continuously refine and improve digital engagement strategies

Key Skills Required:

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Consumer Focus: Solid understanding of consumer insights and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Website & Content: Experience in developing, localizing, and optimizing web content, including UI/UX understanding and platform migration
  • SEO: Proven ability to develop and implement SEO strategies, working closely with both marketing and technical teams
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actions
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and influence stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with AEM
  • Familiarity with Veeva and MRL processes within pharma
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer-focused digital or website marketing
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within healthcare/pharma and driving consumer-focused transformation is a strong advantage
