Business Manager i södra Sverige

Om rollen:

Vi söker en driven och engagerad Business Manager som kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att driva försäljning, stärka kundrelationer och hitta nya affärsmöjligheter. Som Business Manager kommer du att:

  • Fokusera på att utveckla långsiktiga relationer med nyckelkunder
  • Levera produktutbildningar och leda försäljnings- och marknadsföringsinitiativ
  • Arbeta med strategisk affärsutveckling och planering av kundkonton

Denna roll är baserad i södra Sverige (Göteborg eller Malmö-regionen).

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Proaktiv försäljning: Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter för både nya och befintliga kunder
  • Bygg starka kundrelationer: Etablera långsiktiga relationer och säkerställ hög kundnöjdhet
  • Produktutbildning: Ge information och utbildning till vårdpersonal
  • Strategisk affärsutveckling: Planera och genomföra försäljningsaktiviteter
  • Digitalisering: Använda digitala verktyg för att effektivt hantera kunddata och försäljningsprocesser

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet:

För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du:

  • En kandidatexamen i företagsekonomi, försäljning eller som sjuksköterska
  • 1-3 års erfarenhet inom medicinsk försäljning, gärna som Key Account Manager
  • Teknisk kompetens och vana att använda digitala verktyg för försäljning och affärsutveckling
  • Språkkunskaper: Svenska som modersmål och flytande engelska i tal och skrift
  • Körkort och bostad i södra Sverige

Tidigare erfarenhet inom stomiområdet är inte ett krav, men det är ett plus.

Business Manager (Recruitment) – Southwest Coast, Norway

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and committed Business Manager who will play a key role in driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and finding new customers. As a Business Manager, you will focus on developing long-term relationships with key customers, delivering product training, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and working on strategic business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and projects for both existing and new customers
  • Build and maintain long-term, strong customer relationships
  • Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals
  • Lead and drive sales and marketing activities
  • Be responsible for strategic planning of customer accounts and business development
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage customer data and sales processes effectively

 

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you need a deep understanding of customer needs, as well as a solution-oriented and proactive approach. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure the company’s products and services are delivered in the best possible way. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is proactive in identifying new business opportunities and driving value-creating initiatives.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, such as Key Account Manager
  • Registered Nurse (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system
  • Experience working with Hospital Managers is a plus
  • Previous experience in the stoma therapy area is not required, but it is a plus
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with using digital tools to support sales and business development
  • Fluent in Norwegian, English as a second language
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Residing in Norway are essential

Location: The jobholder will be field based preferably in Sweden with requirements to attend meetings at client offices and other Nordic meeting venues and will be expected to adopt the Company Remote Working Policy

Your Tasks
• You are responsible for developing existing and win new clients in Sweden, providing cross-over solutions like recruiting of academic roles, install entire sales forces, and other key roles in permanent and vacancy management contractsand patient support program. You will also work close with your colleagues to support recruitment assignments in Denmark, Finland and Norway.
• You report to our Country Manager Nordics and will be a key team member of our headquarter in Stockholm. Further you will work in international projects with colleagues from other European countries, Canada and Japan.
• In your daily work with our clients and prospects, you relate, work and contract with decision makers and key stakeholders in virtual and onsite meetings within the region to listen to their needs, support new launches, prepare and present our offerings in a competitive and compelling way
• Further you are responsible for RFI, RFP, RFQ and pitch decks, present proposals, closing sales and monitor the implementation of our solutions, quality, and customer satisfaction
• You build on our established approach and business cases to position and present us, to win clients and new projects. You plan, execute and review the business, including financial key figures


Your Profile
• You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree, or similar qualification and at least 5 years of business development and/or sales experience with complex products and solutions for a demanding stakeholder, driven by interfaces with academic profiles within pharma, biotech, healthcare, life sciences and/or medtech
• We expect high identification with healthcare topics and patient needs as well ongoing interest to deep dive into products, trends, markets, and customer news
• Ideally you are either experienced in recruiting academic experts and sales forces from a recruiting agency perspective or as a former leader or manager of commercial teams within our industry. You like to place best candidates, and you are proven to work with modern and innovative hiring channels and latest Talent Acquisition tools
• You can show us a track record that tells us about your ambition in building sustainable growth and reliable relationships within at least parts of the geographic region and you can impress us with your achievements, learnings, and work within an international environment in physical and virtual structures
• We expect you to have project management capabilities, analytical and organization skills, prioritization, digital and presentational skills in front of higher-level audiences, going for the last mile and working in teams. A certain portion of your time will be field activities that include traveling and giving onsite presentations. Bi-lingual in Swedish, English is essential, Finnish would be advantageous
