About the Role – GSK

As Regional Market Access Manager at GSK, you will play a key role in securing access and funding for GSK products in the regions. You will work closely with GSK’s medical team to ensure recommendations of GSK products across brands in your area. The role involves extensive external stakeholder interactions as well as collaboration with GSK’s market access, medical, and sales teams across the portfolio.

Your Responsibilities at GSK

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate market access, funding mechanisms, and formulary listing procedures, as well as key stakeholders in the regions.

  • Establish and sustain relationships with key regional healthcare decision-makers, including payers, formulary committee members, patient organizations, policy makers, and others.

  • Develop and implement regional stakeholder relationship strategies, ensuring all GSK interactions beyond the prescriber level are strategically aligned and coordinated.

  • Develop targeted regional action plans to ensure GSK products are optimally positioned on regional formulary lists.

  • Maximize patient access and identify new business opportunities for both innovative and mature GSK products.

  • Position GSK’s therapy areas as key healthcare priorities in close collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Represent GSK at relevant industry working groups and organizations.

  • Contribute to cross-functional strategies and Brand Team initiatives.

About You – GSK

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, Medicine, Pharmacology, Health Science, or similar).

  • Extensive experience in regional market access within the Swedish healthcare environment and Lif groups.

  • Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and budget processes in the relevant regions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and project management skills.

  • Committed team player prepared to embrace a team-based culture.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal functions and external stakeholders.

  • Self-starting, proactive, and able to digest multiple complex information sources.

  • Strategic, innovative, and humble approach to work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience within GSK’s therapy areas of interest.

 

In this role you will

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE  

Must-Haves 

  • 3–5 years of solid success as a Key Account Manager in pharma – ideally in pediatric psychiatry.
  • A strong network and trusted relationships with key pediatric psychiatry stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in both outpatient and/or inpatient pediatric psychiatry care settings.
  • Deep knowledge of the Finnish healthcare system and how the pharmaceutical market works.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives on finding smart solutions.
  • Comfortable with digital tools – and curious about the potential of AI.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • LIF certified
  • Willingness to travel >50% and attend congresses and/or conferences during weekends if needed.  

Nice-to-Haves 

  • 5+ years of focused experience as a KAM in ADHD.
  • An experience of working with adapting marketing materials is a plus.
